This notice explains how Lemus Weddings handles personal information when you visit our English-language website, request the free Mexico wedding planning guide, or contact us about photography and video.
Who is responsible for your information
Lemus Weddings is a wedding photography and video studio based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at quique@lemusweddings.com.
Information we collect
When you request the free planning guide, we collect the information you enter in the form: names, email address, and approximate wedding timeframe. When you contact us, we may also receive the details you choose to share, such as your date, destination, venue, guest count, preferences and message.
Our website may also receive limited technical and usage information through standard server logs and Google measurement services, such as device or browser information, pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP address.
How we use information
Guide and inquiry requests
We use the information you provide to send the requested guide, respond to your inquiry, discuss photography and video services, and maintain a record of the conversation.
Wedding-planning emails
When you select the consent checkbox in the free-guide form, you also agree that we may send occasional wedding-planning tips, updates or relevant Lemus Weddings information. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that process information for us to operate the website, receive form submissions, send email, host data or measure website use. They may access information only as needed to provide those services, subject to their own contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety or security.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by emailing us. You may also request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal data we hold about you by writing to quique@lemusweddings.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
If an applicable U.S. state privacy law gives you additional rights, including rights to know, delete, correct or opt out of certain processing, you may exercise them through the same email address. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.
California notice at collection
At the guide form, we collect identifiers such as names and email addresses, plus wedding-planning information you choose to provide. We use those categories to deliver the guide, respond to requests, provide optional marketing only where selected, operate our services and measure website performance. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described here, maintain business records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
International processing
Lemus Weddings operates from Mexico and may use service providers located in other countries. By submitting information, you understand that it may be processed in Mexico or another location where our providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
Children
Our services and free guide are intended for adults planning weddings. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
